When will my order ship?

All sets are handmade to order. Current processing times are listed at checkout and may vary depending on order volume. Once your order has been completed, you'll receive tracking information as soon as it ships.

How do I know which size to order?

Please refer to the Size Guide for instructions on measuring your nails. For the most accurate fit, I highly recommend purchasing a sizing kit before placing your order. Because all sets are custom-made, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors.

Are your press-on nails reusable?

Yes! With proper application, removal, and care, your press-on nails can be worn multiple times. Treat them gently and follow the care instructions included with your order for the best results.

Do you offer replacement nails?

If a nail becomes damaged, lost, or no longer fits properly, replacement nails may be available for purchase. Please reach out before ordering so I can help ensure you receive the correct replacement.

Can I rush my order?

Rush processing may be available depending on my current workload. If offered, a Rush My Order option will be available for purchase. Please note that rush processing only affects production time and does not change carrier shipping speeds.

Do you accept custom orders?

Custom order availability may vary throughout the year. When custom spots are open, details will be announced through my social media and shop updates.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. Please double-check your sizing, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.

My package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but I don't have it.

Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact me and I'll do my best to help guide you through the claims or tracking process.
